Easy pick up and drop off, and owner was flexible on the timing. Other than a few minor issues, the camper was in great condition and everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent from them again.
I will simply relay our experience. Drop off was brief. Very little explanation or instruction given. The camper reeked of bleach but was filthy. Stains on the mattress and all of the blinds. An air seal leak on the front window allowed outside air to come in. The onboard heater did not work so we were provided a space heater. There was absolutely nothing provided.

Luisa was very easy to reach out to with any questions and during pickup and drop off! The trailer was in great shape and easy to tow.
The Trailer was great and perfect for our family of four for a long weekend trip. Everything was clean and the towing was simple. Pick-up/Drop-off was easy and flexible to our schedule.
Note: the trailer comes with minimal extras, and none are advertised, just note that you will need to supply everything you need for your trip (plates, cups, pots/pans, etc...)
Overall a great experience.
What a GREAT experience!! Luisa was very nice at pick-up and answered all of our questions. The RV was VERY clean and we had everything we needed for our camping trip.
