Tad was extremely good at explaining everything about the vehicle and very friendly. this is definitely over 5 stars. If you've never had an RV experience before this is the way to go, he makes you feel very confident after going trough all the gadgets in the vehicle.
The RV was comfy, spacious and well-equipped and Tad was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again!
