Jeff was great and very accommodating. Gave a great overview of the RV, was very communicative, and overall just a very positive experience. The RV itself was perhaps not the most comfortable ride (road noise, shocks) but overall still four stars for value and amenities.
I never leave negative reviews. I’ve rented multiple Rv’s in the past with no issues and just assumed they were all the same. They are not I hope I can save others from our experience.
When picking up the Rv, we did a walk through to document damages. Lyn told me “you can mark anything you want but obviously we know there are lots of things that aren’t perfect”.
Jeff was super patient in explaining the details and we really enjoyed the first time RV experience! Looking forward to our next rental thru Jeff.
Spacious RV everything worked as should. A little rough for long distance travel but not knowing much about RVs maybe it’s to be expected. We had a great experience and will definitely be going to Jeff for another rental.
Handled well ;easy pickup and return
This RV was great for our first family RV trip. Our 6 year old twins loved the pull out couch/bed and the overhead bunks. Jeff was very easy to work with and communicated well - we'll definitely look at booking this RV again.
