Very nice camper. Simon explained how camper worked and was easy to deal with.
Simon was very helpful in explaining the RV workings. We only had one "glitch" concerning a leaky water hose which we found was not a glitch after talking to Simon when we returned the RV. Thank You to all who made our first RV experience so enjoyable.
Everything went great. A few minor issues. The AC fan partially failed and Simon was excellent to work with us to make a partial fix to get through our RAGBRAI experience.
Renters…check the oil on the generator if you use it! This is a very nice RV and Simon is awesome. Well cared for unit. Would rent it again.
Positives: We had 3 people, The wife & I & teenage son. The RV was just the right size for us. Everything worked great. The sliders worked as advertised. During checkout, Simon took the time to explain how everything worked. Plan on that taking roughly an hour.
When parked, we never needed the A/C. We just opened the door and the windows and the cross breeze was sufficient.
The RV was as described and was easy to drive, set up and use. It was in good shape given it's age and was clean and ready to use. Simon was available and very responsive to questions. The rental and the trip was easier than expected. I would rent this unit again.
