We refill propane after every trip. Very clean and well maintained.

The trailer was filthy and had tape over one window area. Some holes in the interior walls that had been hidden with a flag. Odor was horrible from the tank. When we were cleaning the toilet, the flush pedal fell off. It had been broken and someone had tried to glue it or stick it back into place. The owner filed to have me pay for it from my deposit and insurance.
Thomas, is incorrect. Let me tell you what happened. HE was two hours late to show up. Thats not my problem HE cant follow directions. The trailer had been swept and cleaned. It resides in a gravel lot so rocks are to be expected. The toilet was indeed working perfectly as I replaced the seal the day before he rented it. However, he claims they never got to use it it just "fell off".
Rented the travel trailer to travel from Dallas to Miami and then extended the trip to stop at Panama City Beach. Was able to haul my motorcycle Yamaha R1, Great communications with the owners, would reserve again once the opportunity comes along! Pick up and drop off was no hassle!
