RV is like new, only 7000 miles and kept under carport. Sleeps 6 with 2 adults comfortably. Has queen-short pillow top mattress and love seat pulls out for a bed. There is also an area above the cab where small kids can sleep. Unit has two slides that create ample space once docked and opened. Outdoor shower, small outdoor propane grill also included with rental.

Hello, my wife and I have only used our RV a couple times this year, therefore have decided to try out RVshare. We bought it new in 2016 and has been babied and well taken care of. It is very low mileage and generator is low hours as well. I have changed the oil in both well before manufacturer specifications. Overall it is a nice, clean , reliable midsize RV perfect for a small family.

RV is parked under a carport on my property and is secured in my backyard. Customer can park their vehicle under the carport when they depart and it is protected from the weather.
RV must be cleaned and emptied out as when rented. For those not familiar with RV'ing, there are dump tanks at most truck stops for a $10 fee to dump Black/Gray tanks.
