I was very nervous going into this adventure but Tom explained everything very well and reminded us not to be in a hurry. That proved to be excellent advice. I hope to schedule another trip in the coming months.
Excellent, responsive service and seamless delivery.
Disappointed in what we got for what we paid Ac only worked 2 of the 5 days it was very hot. Windshield was very dirty we had to pull over and clean. We didn’t bring our grill because Tom explained there was one for us to use however it didn’t work so we had to purchase one that was an added expense. We converted the table to a bed but couldn’t put it back the screws were stripped.
Rented Tom's Winnebago VISTA that is listed. We were so very pleased with Tom as the Owner for several important reasons:
1) He communicated with us well and often. Never had a long time where we could not reach him by email, text or phone once we had reserved it.
2) He graciously picked us up at the Tucson Airport when our Delta Flight came in and took us to the Rig.
