Comes with clean bedding and sleeps 10. Has an outdoor kitchen and all of the kitchen utensils. Can hook up to 20, 30, or 50 amp. You can empty the tanks or I can when you drop it off. Although it tows easier if the tanks are empty. Has chairs and other random camping supplies. Currently the awning is broken, waiting for a new arm.
