We had such a great time camping with Michaels’s Apex Nano. He did a great job explaining everything to us before the trip, so we felt comfortable once we got to the camp site. We had one question and Michael was quick to response. He had all the things we forgot, like dish soap and hand soap, but also had the outdoor setup for us with a carpet and chairs.
Unit was clean and just as displayed. Perfect light trailer for a young family of 5. Michael was courteous and knowledgeable and insured I was fully informed prior to heading out. No complaints at all.
Let me start by saying that Michael was absolutely the best; he’s super easy to work with, super easy to communicate with, and just an all around good person! Micheal made me fell like I had known him for years and was simply borrowing his travel trailer for the week! If I had an issue, he would help me find a solution or at the very least give me a recommendation.
Michael is so easy to work with. Feel like he has been my friend forever. Thanks for everything!
