Had a wonderful time.
After our original RV rental was cancelled less than 24 hrs before pickup, Moses went out of his way to save the day for our trip. He was incredibly flexible with our pick-up and drop-off, and went above and beyond to help us re-plan our rental at the last minute.
Moses was great, but for a relatively new RV, this shows a lot of wear. Could have been much cleaner and had better directions on how to operate certain appliances.... like the heat.
We listen to all our renters and the reviews. We correct everything a renter brings to our attention. We've pulled this RV off the road and have it worked on. We have hired professional RV cleaners. Glad to inform that this RV is now in a better shape, clean and back on the road in style.
