Carlos was extremely accommodating to us during a very difficult time after Hurricane Laura. Very fortunate to have been directed his way.
We took Carlos’s RV for a two week adventure to national parks and it was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and the main bed was clearly upgraded from the RV standard! Was stocked with sheets, towels, pots/pans, camp chairs, etc. Carlos had the RV well prepared for our long haul and all in great working order!
Carlos was VERY accommodating with pickup and dropoff times. We had generator issues and he went above and beyond to fix it over the phone, but when that didn't work he drive to where we camped on the beach and with a few adjustments the AC had us freezing in this TX heat. During the dropoff we locked our keys and phones in our truck, so he took us home to get the extra keys to our truck.
Everything was great! Carlos definitely made it easy, especially since this was my first time renting a camper. He was very quick to respond to my messages when I had questions and even went out of his way to bring the camper to our house. He was very knowledgeable of the camper and was very friendly.
We rented this trailer for a week to head to Beaver's Bend SP, OK and Atlanta SP, TX. Delivery was a breeze and he even offered to pick-up. Perfect for my family of 4! Would rent again!
We had a great time with Carlo's trailer. He was very thorough during checkout and explained everything. We took it to the Padre Island National Seashore and camped on the beach. Getting our two teenagers away from the internet for a couple days was great! This was our first time using an RV for a vacation, and it won't be our last.
