Donna was terrific. She communicated quickly and accurately, helping me with some changes to the rental after we made the reservation. She dropped off and picked up the RV as promised and made our family reunion a great success. RV was just as described and promised.

NEVER AGAIN I TELL YOU THAT!!
Was my 1st time renting a RV for a camping trip w/ my two boys. Donna and her husband made sure to show up to the camp site (3Hrs) LATE not mention only staying about 5-10 MIN AWAY. Pick-up time was scheduled for 2pm they arrived a little after 5pm. Camper was fairly clean but due to it being my first time renting I didn’t use any cloths or bedding they provided.
We had a wonderful experience with Donna and this camper! We chose to have the camper delivered and everything was set up for us on arrival. The camper was clean, fully stocked with linens, kitchen items, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Donna was quick to respond to questions and was very easy to work with! The awning had been broken by a prior renter and was unusable.
