Very clean and comfortable 31 ft class C RV with two flat screen TVs, rear stateroom, large berth over cab, indoor and outdoor shower and private bathroom. Heat and AC, sleeps 6 comfortably. Low mileage. Has 35 gal fresh water tank, 4 kw generator which runs off main fuel tank. 6.8 liter, V10 engine with 55 gallon fuel tank, propane tank 30lbs which heats water, stove, oven and furnace.

We love our camper and have gone cross country recently with the family but this year my husband will need a bone marrow transplant and we can’t travel. We look forward to more travel soon! It is so much fun to travel this way - our top birth has a window which is unique! While driving through national parks kids loved the view from over the cab!

Excellent experience! highly recommend
Our family of 8 had a great week traveling in this RV. The owners were very pleasant to work with and responded promptly to any communication. The RV is older, but in great shape. The included bedding, blankets, kitchen supplies, and other items made it so easy to prepare our trip. The personal touches in the RV made it feel like a home when we were on the move.
We were very happy with the RV rental and would recommend it to anyone. John and Helen are very nice and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
We had a great experience renting from Helen and John. The RV was spacious enough for our family of 6 and we toured through the Adirondack’s and Vermont staying at different camp grounds along the way . Pickup and drop off was easy and John was very helpful showing us all we needed to know about the RV. Thanks for a great experience!

Brand new tires. Generator and A/C work well as they should.
We hit some time frame issues due to the holiday weekend getting there to pickup and drop off but were able to be easily accommodated which was appreciated.
