- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking if cigarette or marijuana smoke is detected a full detail will be conducted at the renters cost along with replacement of all linens at renters expense.
You are responsible for cleaning the trailer upon return in the same condition you picked it up in. If there is additional cleaning that is needed to be done there will be a fee attached
