- Delivery and Setup only. Renters may not tow or relocate the camper after delivery. To avoid a cleaning cost of $250 please make sure RV is CLEAN AND TIDY before pickup.
- No smoking or vaping inside the camper. A cleaning/deodorizing fee of $250 may be charged if this rule is not followed.
- Only use provided RV safe toilet paper. Do not fluch wipes (even flushable), paper towels, feminine products or other items. Misuse can damage the system and result in fees.
- Any and all damage must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for all damages during their stay.
- Do not open the awning when it is windy, and do not leave it unattended while open. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WIND DAMAGE DONE TO THE AWNING DURING THE RENTAL. Close before bedtime.
