Tara is professional, punctual to the dot, conscientious, knowledgeable about the RV, responsive to questions, and in every way a delight to work with. The rig was in immaculate shape, and she saw to it that a minor repair was complete before we started out. The check-out and check-in process was trouble-free and smooth.
