Great communication with Alan, however, fridge didn’t work during all the rental period and wasn’t possible to fix it, wasn’t possible to have hot water running, we faced issues with the generator and with the A/C of the car, the wipers were totally damaged (I had to replace it with), it was raining and there was a leak through the ceiling of the sofa bed.
Great little camper van. Did 3000 miles in about two and a half weeks. Although a few little things went wrong nothing we couldn't live with and Al was super responsive any time there was an issue. We did bring a memory foam mattress topper for the bed and are glad we did but for a couple that is used to sleeping on a king bed this was surprisingly roomy.
Great RV with a wonderful owner. Vehicle has a strong power train and is reliable. The size is perfect and includes absolutely everything you may need for a longer trip. Cabinet hardware needs bit of care, but otherwise everything is in working order. Would definitely recommend.
Systems: coolant & diesel fluids should have been topped off before pickup. Both were low and triggered warning lights. Coolant had to be purchased and added. At pickup, there was a known problem w/propane which required a scheduled RV repair appt. during trip. Therefore, we spent the first hour of trip purchasing hotplate so we could cook until repair.
Very good value and pretty nice van.
We are resilient and were able to resolve communication and operational issues. We really wanted to try this model.
