Overall we really enjoyed this RV. It's an older model so it had some cosmetic issues but it drove great, the water worked and got hot quickly and the generator was great when we were driving so my 13 year old could play games. The bed was also really comfortable. Adonte responded to any questions I had quickly and he was a great communicator.
First 3 days of Arkansas trip went well. Saturday afternoon stopped at Subway and transmission would not shift out of Park. Found out that we would have to get repairs made or else a wrecker would take the RV to a repair shop and we would have to figure out how to get back home or continue our vacation.
This was my first time renting an RV. The drop off and walk around was informative and complete. This is an older RV with over 100k miles on it. Before it even left our driveway the door to the RV stopped opening. The owner was still there and we worked on it an hour to be able to still go on our trip. An internal mechanism had broken from age.
We loved all the amenities. The Wi-Fi was great. We watched a lot of Netflix. The ice machine was great! Thorough orientation. This was our first time to rent an RV and they made it easy and fun.
RV Generator was not working so we had to completely change our plans and stay in an RV park. The RV owner was supposed to reimburse me for half the cost which never happened . The radio did not work , so we used a blue tooth speaker and our phone the entire trip. The owner did not inspect the RV upon return, instead he waited a day and made up items that he said were missing/ damaged.
Extremely inaccurate review: Tim was notified in advance the generator was not operational. I offered him a FULL REFUND because of this, as quality is of utmost importance to me, and he INSISTED on taking the RV anyway, INSISTED, even though I told him he should find another RV.
Excellent people to do business with! Will use this company again for our next RV get away!
