I truly value you as a repeat renter and I certainly apologize that this is experience was not like your first. I always aim to deliver a great experience, and gutted when renters expectations are not meet, or in this trip meet with obstacles out of our control. Fern is really friendly and helpful on everything. She helped us to be familiar with all the amenities of her fantastic RV. We passed a really good first RV experience thanks to her and her RV. We really recommend it!
Fern was great. I showed up with a hitch that was too small but, no problem, she had one with the correct size and sway bars too. She had the RV set up and plugged in when I arrived and was thorough explaining how everything worked. We contacted her when we couldn’t get the heat going and she was genuinely concerned to help (we had to turn on the propane even though we were hooked up to electric).
Fern was incredibly helpful and gave me a very thorough tutorial on using the RV! Highly recommend taking Sunshine for a trip!
