Absolutely top notch RV and Service. We have rented campers for the last 10 years on the Eastern end of Long Island. Heather and Bill's camper is by farther the nicest, best stocked, most comfortable camper we have ever had. The solar panels are wonderful too, so you really don't have to run the generator much at all, which is so nice and peaceful. Comfortable beds...

I can’t say enough good things about my RV rental experience with Heather and Bill. They truly are the nicest people. The camper is beautiful and it is IMMACULATE!!! Heather has thought of everything from kitchen utensils to spices to coffee. You name it, it’s there. It is a 5 star air b&b on wheels. I am looking forward to spending many more beach vacations in this home away from home!

Camper is a nightmare. No outlets work to charge anything or run anything unless generator is turned on. Outside fridge only works when generator is turned on because the camper doesnt have an invertor. Faulty shower that constantly had water coming out of its shower head. Owners were aware of problem stated they tried to fix it but couldn't figure it out.
We are committed to providing top-notch service for our clients & recently, we received a negative review from a renter regarding their experience.
We acknowledge a few issues during the rental period, we did everything in our power to remedy them. Our renter knew that the generator was the only A/C power available & the O/D fridge could only be used when the generator was on.
Despite being a first time camper with 2 boys, we had a most relaxing and fun experience. Heather and hubby were great 👍 and like I told them, we will be back.

This camper should be listed as an “AirBnB on Wheels”! Beautiful, immaculate, well stocked and comfortable! Bonus…Heather and Bill as your hosts! They made the entire rental process so easy, answered every question and covered everything in full detail. We spent several days beach camping and it was so nice to spend the nights sleeping on very comfortable beds.
