Overall was a good rental other than a bad old urine/sewer smell present from the first time we entered the camper and getting worse as the week progressed. The smell came from the bathroom area but the bath and toilet as well as the floor were clean. We even cleaned them again to make sure.
The camper was delivered exactly as promised and met and or exceeded all expectations. Scott communicated clearly via the app message board through the entire process. Would definitely rent this unit again
It did accommodate my party for as room and we where pleased with that.
I'm sorry to hear that there were rat droppings. We put clean sheets on that morning before we delivered the RV. Thank you for letting us know. We have now placed mouse traps. We have also purchased another coffee pot for the camper and another set of pots and pans. We appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to improve our customer's experiences.
I was suppose to have the toy hauler delivered Friday morning around 9:00 a.m. We were outside at a camping area with no shade and a temperature of 94 degrees. I never heard from him and tried calling him and sending him messages many many times. I never heard from him the entire day. I finally called RV Share at 2:00 p.m. and was wondering what was going on.
I am incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. When you reserved the RV it was scheduled for a 3pm delivery on Friday. We were trying to deliver it in the morning, but we did not have a specific time that we agreed to drop off the RV that morning, that was just our plans and then we had a breakdown.
It had lots of adult bed space! Was just perfect for us!

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. We paid extra to have the RV delivered and set up. It was obvious that this place was not even slightly cleaned. It was very dirty and the bathroom reeked of urine.
When we arrived, the water hookup was not done properly so water was pouring everywhere.
The RV was cleaned with vinegar before delivery so that may have been what you smelled. The owner was contacted late at night and he called back first thing in the morning at which point you said the water problem was already fixed. When you spoke to Ashley about the refrigerator we offered to send a technician and you said that you would just use coolers.
