Prior to even starting my trip Allen was very detailed in describing each feature of the RV, going thru operating procedures and how to hook up to a campsite. Post trip he was available to happy to help with technical questions over the phone.

Owner not "up front" regarding insurance coverage that we already had. Owner wanted to charge us for a total replacement of a driver's side exterior mirror and assembly. The only thing damaged was the glass ($50 for glass vs. $340 for entire assembly).

This RV had plenty of space, the kids really enjoyed the overhead room and the bunks, the master was comfy.

Really appreciated Allen running through the RV with us. He was very helpful. Although we did not have any issues, he was very clear that normal wear and tare would NOT be charged by to our deposit. That was very reassuring. Returned deposit the almost instantly.
