Mr.Zack was an excellent host, he was very thorough and was always available if I needed him. The Rv itself needed to be updated a little. There were a few little things that didn’t work such as plugs. We had a wonderful stay and was appreciative of Mr. Zack's information for us and his availability.

We do strive for our renters to let us know when things are not working/break on their adventures so that we can get things fixed asap but in the RV world something we struggle with is part supply and distribution!

This was my first rental experience and was fantastic! Zack and his crew were complete professionals and helped me out a lot! I would suggest this crew to anybody looking to rent an RV.
Zak was great. Very informative and helpful for a first time renter and driver. The RV slept 5 grown men very comfortably and stored all of our food for 4 days easily. We would 100% recommend!
Owner is claiming damages to windshield which I didn’t do. Probably there from before!

I apologize for the inconvience Mr. James but in order to be able to continue to rent out the Coach we have to be protected as the owners. I hate having to make a claim on your rental but I have to be able to protect our rig from damage which is what insurance is for as well as the pre trip inspection and the post trip inspection which is when we discovered the damage.
We absolutely loved our stay in Zak's RV, we couldn't have wished for anything more. The instructions provided by Zak at the beginning of the rental went above and beyond, making the whole week a breeze for us.
Our boys loved being able to use the paddle board (that we rented from Zak) each morning at our site near the beach.
The beds were all super comfy too!!
