Great communication and flexibility and provided a portable dump tank and additional stove fuel. This was our 9th rental through RV share and unfortunately it did not meet our standard. It is understood this was a heavily used family RV and camping isn't meant to be luxurious.
Charles and his wife were delightful folks and Charles did a great job communicating both before, during, and after our trip using the 390QSMB. Overall the unit is very clean and spacious. Charles did a great job setting expectations on what would be available to us and what we may need to bring.
