Jim was Outstanding to deal with! Communication was excellent! It was nice to have the Rv on the property while our new house was being installed. There was a minor problem and Jim responded in a timely manor, no inconvenience. The RV was clean and comfortable and everything was working properly. The overall experience was outstanding!!
Jim makes your RV experience SO easy by taking out all of the stressful parts: offering delivery, stocking a generator and fuel, and being constantly available to guide you through your stay. He is extremely helpful and courteous and even coordinated with the property owner where we were staying for the eclipse to make sure everything was done right.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The owner takes great pride in making sure his renters have the best experience possible. He was extremely patient (we were relatively RV rookies), responsive, informative, professional yet personable. We are so happy we found an RV with delivery, setup and pickup services at affordable prices… without compromising customer service.
Great unit and rental. Had a blast camping at a state park. Owners were responsive, flexible, and very friendly and helpful. They are thorough with a tutorial and provide you with everything you need for your stay for feel welcome and at home!

This was our first RV experience and we had a blast! Loved having the vehicle delivered -- didn't have to worry about a crash course (no pun intended) in driving one and it was nice to have our own vehicle there with us, too. Don't let the year fool you...this motorhome has been updated with new lighting, counters, upholstery and more.
