We appreciated Marvin being very patient and understanding with us. We arrived at the KC airport around 12 pm, had to wait to get our rental car for about an hour, then headed out to get the RV. I was worried we were going to upset him with our inadvertent lateness, but he was very considerate with us. Upon arrival, the RV was in great condition!
Marvin did a great job instructing us how to operate the vehicle and was very responsive to our questions once we were on the road. The RV was exactly as described in the listing, easy to drive, comfortable and very accommodating. We will definitely rent from him again.
Marvin was an exceptional host to say the least. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and had the RV spotless and ready to roll for us. He took the time to point out a couple of previously damaged spots on the unit during our checkout, ensuring there were no surprises. The RV itself was super clean and cozy.
Marvin was easy to talk to and was very helpful. He explained most everything and we had a great trip. Marvin called us before we needed to pick up the R.V. and asked if we needed any information about his rig and arranged a "walkthrough" the day before the rental to explain how everything on his R.V. worked. The attention to our needs was wonderful.
