Annie was amazing! She kindly picked us up from the airport and brought us and our gear to the RV where she and her husband took the time to teach us how to use the RV and enjoy all its amenities. She had printed instructions for each function and even bought us some food for the fridge because she knew we were on a tight schedule. So thoughtful and kind!
Annie and Brad were very friendly and helpful. Big Betsy was in excellent shape an 100% what we expected. I highly recommended it if you are looking for an RV with a lot of room and easy to operate.
