Loved the detailed videos about the RV. With an older model there are always little things.
Paul worked with us to facilitate pick up in a manner that made things the most convenient for everyone. When any question came up, he made himself available to find a solution. It's clear that Paul knows the vehicle systems in absolute detail which made it easy for him to answer questions over the phone.
Great RV! Paul was wonderful and his RV was so spacious it was as if we were in our own cabin in the woods!
Paul responded in a timely manner with answers to our questions during our trip.
What a great experience! It was our first time renting an RV and from the beginning Paul was SUPER helpful!! He was always available to answer all of our questions. The RV is an older one and was still able to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children very well! Can't wait to book our next trip!
