Tom is a kind and informative person to rent from. The rental process was thorough yet personable.The RV has a lot of space and everything we needed and more for our family of four on our vacation adventure out West. The RV was one of the nicest in the various RV Parks at which we stayed. The many amenities made this RV feel like our "home away from home".
Do not rent. The RV had several damages from previous rentals that had not been repaired. The RV was full of owners stuff so there was nowhere to out our items. Owner lied about the mileage allowance so when I returned RV I got hit with overage charges. The front 2 side windows are frosted over so much it makes driving very difficult.
RV Share holds the deposit, and makes the decision to return deposits. Extensive damage was sustained to the RV during this rental. There were deep dents and scratches on the driver’s side of the RV, a missing awning over slide, due to an improper lane change collision with large truck. The passenger’s side scraped by trees and a damaged front corner and mirror.
This RV was just perfect for out family of 5 and our grandson of 10 months old, so spacious and and perfect for our first rv trip! Tom was very quick in his responds from the time we put in a request to book, we were pleasantly thankful about that. We would defiantly recommend reserving this RV for your trip!!
If ever there existed a finer experience than renting an rv through Tom, I could not tell you. We decided last minute that a 4 day festival experience climaxing in a complete solar eclipse would be best enjoyed through the luxury only a 90,000 dollar land yacht could provide.
