Very nice guy .but rv was not cleaned prior to rental . Found bad odor in dinning table and thru out the unit came to find a big rat and a small one. Rat dropping on head rest cabinets of bed . Spiders . Very disappointed. Worst vacation.
I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I explained to you it had been out on a year and half rental and we had cleaned it and some how missed the mouse pad. There was no odor when you picked it up. I went out of my way to rent it in an hour notice because another renter burned you and you didn’t mentioned I returned &175.00 to you.
Very nice trailer, easy to tow and setup! Chris was wonderful and very patient with any questions. Great experience!
