Overall the RV was great, but the communications were terrible. We arrived at the pick up location at 3pm only to receive a call from Joseph at 3:15 telling us that the RV we rented was still with the previous renter and wouldn’t be back until the next day.
This was definitely tough for all of us when renters don't return RV's on time. This particular renter was over a day late and kept telling use they were on the way. Fortunately for Michael we have other RV's so we gave him a complementary upgrade to avoid having to cancel on them at the last minute because our other RV was so late coming back.
From beginning to end the communication was excellent. Every phone call and text was answered or returned in a timely manner. The rv was clean and ready to go when stated. It was a great weekend in Auburn.I would definitely recommend talking with Joseph or Daniel about your next RV rental.
We had some issues with the generator and the cargo hold. Assuming these items are repaired, the RV would be a good rental.Owner was responsive to our concerns about these issues and provided a refund in lieu of troubles.
I was really sorry to hear the generator ceased working while with Kenny. We checked around to find someone in the area to go out and look at it but no one was available to make the service call. We had it repaired when he returned. A regulator circuit board went out but has been replaced now. The cargo hold was also reinforced with an extra support. The RV is good to go now:-)
Joseph was awesome to rent from!! Would recommend them highly!!! We have 4 young boys and took a month long trip from North Alabama to Chicago, Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Devils Tower, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Sequoia, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon..... We didn't want to come home when it was time.
Very nice RV for the money.
