This rental is FAR from brand new. The camper is hailed out, broken cabinets, broken trim, broken stabilizers, and just downright DIRTY!
I had to clean the unit before I would let my kids camp in it.
When we got the unit it had a DISGUSTING smell that almost made me puke walking...

- No Smoking Allowed.
- Must be able to two a 10,000 lb capacity. Must have a trailer brake in towing Vehicle. Must have a 10,000 lb Hitch.
- Pets negatable, with a non refundable pet deposit.
- Units must come backed with Gray water and Black water Dumped and Water refilled. Additional Charges will be applied if not completed.
- Fuel surcharges may apply for delivery and pick up.
All Rentals Come with 30amp Cord, 25ft Water Hose and 20ft Dump Hose. Must have a 7 Pin Trailer Connector and Trailer Brake with a 2 5/16" Ball Hitch. Dry weight of Trailer is 8750lbs
