The little teardrop was perfect!!! It arrived just when it should have, and Matt could not have been kinder or more informative. The screened in tent and chairs were an added bonus. Not only was it clean as a whistle, it was so comfortable! Matt came to pick it up just as he said he would. We slept very well and hope to rent the camper on our next visit to Watkins Glen International!
Everything went very well, including delivery to my campsite and setup by Matt, Jennie's husband, when I first saw the trailer. I hadn't realized how small it actually was. The rental was for five nights, so I made through the rental term. The trailer was actually a bit small for my 5 ft 8 in 75-year old body, so I won't be renting it for next year's dog shows.
This little camper was perfect for two of our guests. Matt delivered it, which was a huge relief for me, and it was spotless. It was the perfect size for what was required. Matt and Jennie also responded so quickly when we needed a new battery to run the fan. Matt was here within 45 minutes. I would definitely rent from them again!
Great unit, very clean, delivery and set up was on time. Will defiantly rent from them again . communication was great from start to finish !!! Nothing but positive experience !!!
