Managing Your Inbox
You can find your Inbox at the top of the menu in your Dashboard. You can respond to messages and create quotes from here.
Messages – Messages are used when renters have questions ahead of a booking. When you get a message, respond as quickly as possible. Answering questions renters may have helps build trust, and increases the likelihood of securing a booking.
Booking requests – Booking requests are prepaid bookings that allow you 24 hours to review, edit, and finalize.. On your listing page, the renter will click Request to Book and enter their payment information in the checkout flow. Be sure to accept as many requests as possible.
SmartMatch – Located in your inbox is SmartMatch, which is an additional tool that allows you to proactively try to book your RV by reaching out to prospective renters. They may have shown interest in an RV near yours, but have not booked yet. Learn more about SmartMatch.
- A high accept rate and a low cancellation rate can help you rank higher in sort order. Make sure you understand your performance metrics to maximize your bookings.
- Confirmed Instant Bookings will automatically be populated in your Reservations page and will not be displayed in your Inbox.
