Hi there!  We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties, and managing short term rental properties for other people too.  We’ve said time and time again, short term renting is where it’s at and we’ve grown to love hosting, meeting unique people from all different walks of life & helping people feel at home when they are traveling.
