My name is Trevar Haefele. I was fortunate and privileged enough to travel after college for some time. Part of my travels included a camper van road trip up the Australian coast. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I learned that this was one of the most common travel experiences in Australia. I came home met my wife, had a family and came back to my home state of Maine to be closer to family. I fell back in love with the state. As an avid outdoorsman I spent a lot of time backpacking, camping, fly fishing, paddling and surfing. I relearned how amazing and vast Maine is. I realized one of my greatest passions was to share how special Maine is with others. I became a Registered Maine Fishing Guide and realized that Maine was the perfect place to share the van travel experience that I had in Australia. My father and I partnered to start Maine Adventure Company, we are a start up travel company. We currently own and rent two camper vans and are excited to grow and share!
