We bought this trailer because we have small children and the bunk beds and storage are perfect for what we need. Also, by renting it to you it makes it affordable to us. It's a win win. The layout of this trailer is perfect for families. We include the leveling hitch (it really helps with my 1/2 ton pick-up). There is a nice flat screen TV, DVD player, and even VHS for old Disney movies. It has a great aftermarket sound system too. For a fee, we will be glad to top off the propane tanks, and dump the black and gray water tanks. We can even take it to the location of your choice and get it set up for you.
