SunFest is an annual music and arts festival in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, that attracts over 85,000 visitors every year. This four-day waterfront festival hosts live music performances on three stages and showcases fine and innovative art, craft, and culinary creations from around the world. Traditionally held the first week in May, SunFest plans to change the schedule and location of the celebration in 2025.

ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT

The 2025 SunFest promises to welcome its guests with live music, immersive art exhibits, culinary specialties, and more. In the past, the festival has hosted the SunFest Creative Arts Village featuring over 80 artisans and makers and a selection of fine art, upcycled goods, functional art, and apparel available for purchase. Visitors have enjoyed interactive arts and crafts studios, mural painting, and chalk drawing activities. The village has been a fun spot to get a henna tattoo, a body paint design, or some hair glitter. SunFest is definitely a place to cut loose, and its floating cocktail bar and party barge have storied legacies of good times.

ON-SITE AMENITIES

SunFest aims to make art, music, and entertainment accessible for all and typically makes accessible bathrooms, wheelchairs, and listening devices available to visitors. The main stages offer accessible seating. Since the exact location of SunFest 2025 has yet to be announced, the full list of on-site amenities is TBD.

LOCATION

SunFest has historically taken place along the Intracoastal Waterway in the downtown area of West Palm Beach on Flagler Drive between Banyan Boulevard and Lakeview Drive. The location of this year's festival has not been finalized. Attendees should check the SunFest website for updates.

This full-service, pet-friendly RV park offers amenities like a heated pool, a playground, a petanque court, games, books, and more. There’s also a camp store, a coffee bar, a picnic pavilion, and a dog park. Families can take advantage of discounted tickets to the Lion Country Safari, which features a petting zoo and a walk-through tour with lions, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, and more. This attraction also has waterslides, train rides, and an ice cream shop. Guests have over 200 RV sites to choose from, including pull-through and back-in sites with full hookups. Visitors can also access showers and laundry facilities during their stay. • Palm Beach Motorcoach Resort: If you’re looking for a luxurious retreat during your visit to SunFest, consider a stay at the Palm Beach Motorcoach Resort for Class A and Super C motorcoaches near Jupiter. Set on a 17.5-acre property surrounded by a nature preserve, this site offers easy access to beautiful beaches and fabulous restaurants, cultural attractions, golf courses, and shopping areas. The resort offers 100 spacious full-hookup sites in a close-knit community setting. Visitors can enjoy the infinity edge pool and whirlpool Jacuzzi adjacent to the gorgeous clubhouse. Have a drink at the bar, work out in the exercise room, and freshen up in a private shower. There’s also a billiards room and games like pickleball, bocce ball, yoga, and water aerobics to enjoy. Palm Beach Motorcoach Resort also hosts a dog park where your companions can run around and stretch their legs. • John Prince Park Campground: John Prince Park Campground is a peaceful and fun place to relax in Lake Worth, about 10 miles away from downtown West Palm Beach. The 48-acre site with amenities like playgrounds, a dog park, and tennis courts is located within the 726-acre John Prince Park. Visitors can enjoy boating on beautiful Lake Osborne, bird-watching, biking, and exploring nature or having a picnic. The campground has 301 full-hookup RV sites and also accommodates tents. Guests also have access to laundry facilities and bathhouses on the premises. West Palm Beach, Florida, is an RV-friendly town that encourages visitors to enjoy the laid-back vibe at SunFest. To ensure your trip goes smoothly, reserve your campsite in advance and bring plenty of drinks, snacks, blankets, sunscreen, and a first-aid kit to maximize your enjoyment.
