Country Jam Festival

ON-SITE AMENITIES

Country Jam offers accessible accommodations with a sectioned-off area to the left of the stage, which includes a handicapped bathroom. Please remember that the festival is in an open field with rougher terrain that may make getting around challenging. Accessible parking is offered in both the West Weekend Parking lot and Daily Parking lot. Showers are available for all campers for free in the front of Standard Camping by row E and in the back of Standard Camping by row TTT. Attendees will find food trucks and on-site vendors selling food and refreshing beverages throughout the event. You can also get alcoholic drinks and cocktails. VIPs can enjoy their food and drinks in the VIP hospitality area inside air-conditioned tents and access private bathrooms. There are free water refill stations throughout the event to keep you hydrated.

LOCATION

Country Jam's address is 1065 Highway 6 and 50 Mack, CO 81525. The event is within a high desert area in Western Colorado. The roads and parking areas are paved, but the campgrounds could become muddy if it rains.

RVING AT THE EVENT

RVers can bring their RV and camp at Country Jam in Mack or Grand Junction to the Country Jam Festival and camp overnight. The venue offers several types of camping options, which include: • Overflow camp parking – This lot is for campers who are bringing more than one vehicle. • Standard campsite – These 20' x 30' sites are in the main campground area. • Standard accessible – Located in the main campground close to the pathway to the festival entrance, these sites measure 20' x 40'. • Standard electric – These 20' x 30' sites are found in the first two rows of the Standard Campground and offer 50-amp electricity hookups. • Standard long – These 20' x 40' sites are assigned to rows I, S and KK in the Standard Campground. • VIP campsite – These assigned 20' x 40' sites come with a private VIP camp gate entrance to the VIP Hospitality Area. • Premier campsite – These assigned 20' x 40' sites are in the Premier Campground, which is right next to the south gate. • Glamping – Stay in a canvas tent at the Glamping Campground and enjoy numerous amenities like beds, air conditioning and power strips. Guests can only have one vehicle and one sleeping unit on the campground. If you bring your car with your RV, you must park your car in the designated parking lot. You cannot park it at the campground. • Horizon RV Park offers 40' x 60' RV sites with 30- and 50-amp full hookups around 25 minutes southeast of the Country Jam Festival. The park amenities include laundry rooms, bathrooms, a pool, a hot tub and a sauna. You'll find 12 restaurants near the resort, which is pet-friendly. • At Canyon View RV Resort, approximately 2 minutes southeast of the festival site, RVers find 180 RV sites with full electrical and water hookups with a private lawn, patio and picnic tables. The resort's amenities include a splash pad, a playground, a heated pool, a hot tub, pickleball, volleyball, soccer, a game room, two dog parks, resort-style bathrooms with showers and a laundry room. Tips for RVers: • If you are camping, remember to buy a camp access pass if you're camping at the venue. Place your decal on the driver's side window. • Book your camping spot in advance. • Bring earplugs, reusable water bottles and a camera. • You can use a generator up to 2 a.m. when quiet hours are enforced. • Fully stock your RV with food, drinks and other necessities before arriving as heavy traffic could make it challenging to get to a store. • You'll need to pay the fee for a private porta-potty as sewage connections aren't available.

WHERE TO STAY

• Historic Hotel Melrose has Victorian-style guest rooms that feature comfortable beds, elegant furnishings and luxury bedding. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, a beautiful patio area with terrific views and grills. • Super 8 Wyndham Grand Junction Colorado has well-appointed guest rooms for comfort and convenience. The hotel offers free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking; a swimming pool; a laundry room; coffee makers; and a hairdryer. The hotel is pet-friendly and smoke-free, and there are oversized rooms for families.

HOW TO GET THERE

Whether you are headed to the festival from the east or west, Jam Ranch is conveniently located directly off I-70 at Exit 11. Please obey the posted speed limit signs while on your way to and from the festival, and do not drink and drive. Local law enforcement agencies strictly enforce traffic laws during this time each year. From the airport: Head northwest on Sundstrand Way. At the traffic circle, take the third exit. Continue onto Falcon Way. Turn left onto H Road. Keep right and merge onto Horizon Drive. Take a slight right to merge onto I-70 West. Take Exit 11 toward Mack. Turn right onto Old U.S. 50/Old U.S. 6. Turn right. Turn left. Take a sharp right, and the venue is on the left.

PARKING

If you are camping and need a parking space for an additional vehicle, you must purchase an Overflow Camping Parking Pass. Re-entry and overnight parking are permitted in the overflow lot, and the pass is good for the entire weekend.

Daily Parking

Daily parking will be available on-site each day of the festival, and you can pay with cash or a debit or credit card. If cars are left in the lot from the day before, they must be moved by 9 a.m. the following morning, or they will be towed at the owner's expense. Daily parking is located near campground toll booths. If you are camping and need a parking space for an additional vehicle, you must purchase an Overflow Camping Parking pass. Parking is included if you have VIP tickets. Follow the signs to VIP Parking and show your VIP wristband to the attendant.

Weekend Shuttle Passes

The official Country Jam shuttle bus will pick you up in Grand Junction or Fruita and bring you directly to the festival. Shuttles pick up and drop off near the West Gate. Two locations to choose from are Fruita Monument High School and 764 Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, CO. The shuttle schedule is available closer to the event date. Campground shuttles drive you to and from the campgrounds. Check for shuttle schedules before the event begins.

TICKETS & PRICING

General three-day admission starts at $196. General admission provides access to live performances, food, drinks and merch vendors. You have access to water refill stations, and any children under 10 attending with you get in free. Choose between standard or VIP camping access. Standard camping ranges between $262 and $682. When available, VIP camping access is $564. You can review Country Jam ticket options to finalize your reservation.

WRAP UP

Country Jam is a three-day country music festival held in June in Mack, Colorado. RVers can camp at the venue if camp spots are available, and they should book their spots in advance. However, there are nearby RV parks and campgrounds in Grand Junction if you don't want to camp at the venue.
