When you see the large clubhouse with its wrap-around deck, you’ll know that you’ve arrived at Galveston Island KOA Holiday. You’ll very quickly realize that this new park is a first-class facility. It has everything from a pizza joint to a protected wildlife area for birds.
If you run out of things to do at this RV park, you can catch a shuttle and ride into town for some shopping and sightseeing. However, you’ll have to camp at the resort for a long time to get bored. The facility has a swimming pool, hot tub, and lazy river plus a private catch-and-release lake, volleyball court, and horseshoe pit.
“Really a very nice park. Super clean and the maintence guy kept everything immaculate! The office and store was great, good selection of gifts and supplies. The magers and office people were all very helpful and nice…” – Laurel, Trip Advisor Review
