We opened in Feb / 2022 and are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Florence and the University of North Alabama. 4 miles from McFarland Park/marina, 2 miles away from the Florence sportsplex. Some of the best restaurants and shopping places are less than 15 minutes away. We offer daily/weekly/monthly rates. We maintain a clean environment for our guests to enjoy. We are a fairly new park that opened in Feb / 2022. Our park has 29 oversized fully concreted PREMIUM pads, 28' Wide by 45'-52' long plus overhang, if needed. (11 pull through, and 18 back in sites) All sites were designed with convenience to our guests in mind. BASS boat friendly. Owners have planted Sabal Palms trees from Florida between each site to give that tropical feel. All pads are FHU 50/30/20amp electrical, w/water/sewer each. All power pedestals are lighted. Picnic tables on 14 (more coming). A very large 50'x120' fenced dog park. Most breeds of dogs are allowed but some are not.
