Situated in the famous Olympic Peninsula, Eagle Tree RV Park is one of the best RV camping spots in Washington for those looking to explore some of the history, city life, and culture of the state. Eagle Tree is located in a spot that allows you to hop on a ferry and head to Seattle or drive to attractions such as Hood Canal and Puget Sound. Washington has plenty of amazing things to see and experience, and Eagle Tree is there to help you take it all in!
While it might allow you to head into the big city, you’ll still be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors. Vast forests, sparkling bodies of water, and breathtaking mountain views are abundant. To top it all off, the park is pet-friendly, offers a clubhouse complete with kitchen and book exchange, and has free wireless internet and cable TV.
“Our spot was absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of this RV Park. The staff was all very friendly, the laundry room was kept nice and clean and even had books and movies you could borrow, there were hiking trails that went around the park, and plenty of shade. Between each RV, there was a decent amount of distance, so you didn’t have to worry too much about how close your neighbors were. The trees were massive and would help to keep the campsite cool in the day, as well as keep the wind away. There were no bugs or anything like that, however, when we were on a hike one morning, we did find a massive banana slug in the woods. Definitely some really cool wildlife that you don’t get to experience many other places. At each campsite, however, most did not have picnic tables or fire pits. So bring lawn chairs if you wish to sit outside, as well as a grill if you want to cookout. At night it was quiet and hardly any traffic going through. There is quite a few places to stop and get food or anything else you may need just a short drive up the road as well.” – danielle somers, Google Review
