Lake Carl Blackwell gives you access to eight different campground areas. You also have access to a lakeside convenience store, which means you won’t have to leave the campground for supplies and snacks. Lake Carl Blackwell is a good place for watching and participating in water sports. The fishing docks are open year-round, and they even have a heated fishing dock so that you can stay comfy when you’re fishing in cold weather.
“This is a little Hidden Gem in the Stillwater area. They have a fantastic camp ground with nice well-kept cabins that can be rented for the night. They also have Annual Rentals in some locations. The Annual Rental areas start looking a little rough, but just down the road from OSU, it is very convenient. The lake itself is very nice with a great protected harbor and boat launch. Lazy J Arena sits on 100 acres of beautiful countryside. The campground is surrounded by trees and several ponds. This horse-oriented recreation area has three covered stall areas that house 32 personal stalls and pens and 140 weekend stalls.
If you are constantly traveling, then it is hard to get a home cooked meal; fortunately, Lazy J Arena has a café on-site. This café is climate-controlled and open for every event with a menu that is made up of a variety of homemade dishes. After having an excellent meal, you can watch horses train and compete at Lazy J Arena.

The Pecan Valley RV Park is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Stillwater and OSU. This park is very secure and surrounded by a pond and trees. The owner grows a garden on-site and shares the produce with campers.
If you want to settle down in one spot for a while, then Pecan Valley RV Park is a good location. Pecan Valley is a long-term park for campers, where you can pay monthly. Dog owners can take advantage of the lawn area that provides a large enough space for walking your dog.
