This RV campground is relatively large, and it’s operated by KOA. If you ever get tired of your RV, you can rent a cabin at this campground. This RV park caters to kids and families.
If you have kids, staying at Holbrook / Petrified Forest KOA is a good idea. There’s a large playground on the premises, and the store sells snacks. This campground is only 15 minutes away from Petrified Forest National Park.

This RV park is operated by Encore RV Resorts. It is medium-sized and conveniently located near the center of town. There are a number of permanent mobile homes at Venture In RV Resort, and traveling RVers are welcome as well.
Since this RV park is operated by a tiol chain, you can expect excellent service. Venture In RV Resort is relatively small by Encore standards, but there are still plenty of structured activities every week. Most of the RV pads at this park are shaded by tall trees.

Waltner’s RV Resort is relatively small, but it is still one of the largest RV parks in the area. It is located near a body of water, and there is a golf course less than a mile away. You can rent or buy a mobile home if you want to stay at Waltner’s for a sustained period of time.

Hon-Dah RV Park is located in Navajo County. It is owned by the Hon-Dah Casino, which is located across the street. There’s also a Hon-Dah hotel in the same complex.
Hon-Dah RV Park is the perfect place to stay if you like to gamble. The casino across the street hosts a restaurant, gift shop and live entertainment, and its hotel has a pool that provides a pleasant place to take a dip.

Kelly does a great job running the office and as long as you keep your requests reasonable based on the size of the park and available personnel, they do their best to help. This campground is located just outside of town. There are dry camping spots for tents in addition to RV sites. It is nestled on the shores of Show Low Lake.
If you want to get closer to nature, this is the place for you. Each site in this campground is surrounded by trees. The lake is also accessible all year-round.
“The campground has trees and bushes that separate each unit giving plenty of privacy. We were in the no hook up part of the park. There was another part further that had lake views. Rainbow Forest RV Park is located near Show Low Lake. Trees surround this campground on all sides. It is easy to access from downtown Show Low.
Even though this RV park is close to town, it feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere — in a good way. There’s plenty of space between each site. This RV park features a large clubhouse.

Ponderosa RV Resort is a mobile home park that has a few spaces for RVs. It is a relatively small RV park with a great sense of community that welcomes newcomers. It is located near downtown Show Low.
This RV resort features structured activities every day. It is a 55+ resort, which makes it easy to enjoy some peace and quiet. Amenities like golf and boating are only a few minutes away.

This small campground is located about 20 minutes north of Show Low. Many of the residents live there full-time. There are trails for ATVing in the area among a host of other opportunities for outdoor fun.

Putter’s Paradise RV Park is located about 20 minutes south of Holbrook in the town of Snowflake. Since the property includes a 4,000 square-foot clubhouse, it’s an ideal location for larger groups that want to throw get-togethers. Furthermore, the on-site heated pool is kept open 24 hours per day.
This RV park is pretty small, but it has a lot of great amenities. If you stay for a long period of time, you can enjoy monthly rates. The campground’s Snowflake location is near the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, which is a great place for recreation of all types.

Overgaard RV Resort in Overgaard, AZ, is a hidden jewel nestled among the trees and surrounded by nature. The park offers full hookups with 30- and 50-amp electrical service. There are some pull-through spaces for RVs, too. The sites are paved and level. Wi-Fi is available, and there are laundry facilities on-site. Unlike many, Overgaard RV resort is open year-round, and seasonal rates are available.
The park is close enough to shopping and medical care for convenience but far enough out of town that it feels secluded and natural. The area is surrounded by U.S. Forest Service parks and lakes, so wildlife abounds in the area. Fishing, hiking, and bike trails are close by. Wildlife viewing and bird watching are great and right inside the park. The higher elevation is ideal for cooler weather.

This is a great RV park to stay at while you’re traveling to nearby sightseeing destinations. The staff and grounds come highly rated. Furthermore, each RV pad has a picnic table.
