“We found this beautiful campground by accident. We were taking a drive along the Guadalupe River Road and came upon this beautiful valley in hill country. The campground has almost perfectly level gravel lots with fire pit, great WIFI, picnic table, & trash pickup 5 days a week. Magement provides an evening meal at least once a month (Valentine’s dance with band and dinner was our favorite). Winter Texans are the friendliest folks you will ever meet. Office personnel were very friendly and helpful. This is also a very busy summer retreat with tubing and rafting along the river. Lots of deer in the meadow. We stayed 1/13/17 thru 3/20/17. We have made reservations to come back next winter.” – Teresa, TripAdvisor Review

I assume it was one of the owners that took us to our site and helped us guide our trailer in the spot. He a answered all of our questions without making us feel we were annoying him. We picked a river front site which was amazing. We literally dropped tubes into the river right behind our Rv. The area and the river was very clean.
