This is another great place to camp that allows you to spend time in ture. At Wompatuck State Park, you will find plenty of opportunities to hike, bike, fish, boat, and relax. Since this facility is a state park, there are plenty of trees around as well, which is great for protecting you from the sun.
One of the best things about this campground is the number of bike trails that you can find here. There is a paved path called the Whitney Spur Rail Trail as well as several off-road biking options that take you through the woods.
