“We were here about a month ago. It is a very large park with what appeared to me to be extended stay travelers. We were there for three nights with no complaints. Staff was nice and the folks around our site were nice. I had my three grandchildren with me to do things in the area. We found more than enough to do to keep them occupied within a 10 mile drive of the park. I feel sure we will be back next time we have business in the north Dallas area.” – Bill, Google Review

“I stayed here for several months while I worked in Allen. It’s a great location and the park is very quiet and clean. The roads were being improved when I left but they didn’t seem to be a problem when I was there. The only real issue is weak Wi-Fi. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gary and Tina went out of their way to make this a great stay. If you’re in town, I would stop by and see what they have.” – Matthew, Google Review

The facility is all gravel roads and sites, but they appear to be well maintained and our site was reasonably level.” – jnmking, RV Park Reviews

“off the beaten path” park. Sites are spaced nicely, and there are some nice views of the lake. Picked up a dozen or so television stations with antenna, and cellular coverage (AT&T) was sufficient to use my iPad as a hotspot. There is a boat ramp available as well as places to fish from shore.” – GoHorns, RV Park Reviews

Destiny Dallas RV Resort is a great family campground located in Denton, Texas. Nearby attractions include the Texas Speedway, the Dallas Cowboys stadium, and Six Flags Amusement Park. The park boasts affordable rates and has an abundance of shady spots for RVs.
“Very nice and helpful staff, lots of parking, nice sites. Bathrooms and showers were clean and free! Paid a little more than most campgrounds we stay at, but the price was good considering the local altertives and the free showers. It’s right of Interstate 35 East, but make sure if you follow Google maps you use the exit me and not the directions! It mes the right exit then sends you up to the next one. This works, but you come off the highway too fast with a camper to comfortably make the turn in.” – .B.J., Google Review
