Jay Landings Marina & RV Park takes pride in being the only full-service business of its kind on Wheeler Lake, which is a part of the Tennessee River.

For military families, the Redstone Arsel RV Park offers a great place to stay at bargain rates. Only 16 miles and 24 minutes from the US Space and Rocket Center, this park gets excellent reviews.
The sites here are large and convenient with all the amenities. You’ll also enjoy limited cable TV, bowling, bingo golf, Officer’s Club and outdoor recreation. There is a great trail for biking, walking, or running nearby. The park is convenient to the Commissary and PX. You must be military or have a military connection to stay at Redstone Arsel RV Park.
The US Space and Rocket Center RV Park is the most obvious place to stay when visiting the Center. Located on the Center property, it is convenient to all of the attractions available at the Center. Reviews of the US Space and Rocket Center RV Park report that it is in need of an update, but you can’t beat it for price or convenience. Reservations are recommended since the park tends to stay full.
The main draw for the US Space and Rocket Center RV Park is its location. What could be better than being fully immersed in the Space and Rocket Center, camping near the museum and attractions. The site is a bit worn, but it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This peaceful campground is an easy 20 miles and 27 minutes from the US Space and Rocket Center and only a few minutes south of the small town of New Market. The park sports a spacious and modern playground, swimming pool, shooting range, and fishing area. Walkers and runners will also appreciate the marked 5K walking/running course.
This is a nice park with plenty for kids and adults to enjoy. There are both shaded and open sites available. Families will enjoy the Olympic size pool and exploring the unique playground recently installed in the park. It features a Tot Lot and play area accessible to children of all ages and abilities. A pavilion is also available within the playground area. Other amenities include a 12 acre stocked fishing lake, soccer fields, 5K walking or running course, picnic pavilions and a pioneer-style arena that hosts horse and dog shows each spring.
From the family farm and into space, you can enjoy both when you stay at the Northgate RV Travel Park. This family owned park is an old family farm turned campground. You’ll be met by Dottie, the official greeter and farm dog. Other farm animals include cows, goats, and bunnies. Located 31 miles from the US Space and Rocket Center, this RV park is truly special.
Kids and adults alike will be enchanted by the farm atmosphere. The RV sites sit behind the farm, just a short walk away. Spend the day at the Space Center, then come home to a slower pace and friendly faces.

Located 31 miles and 33 minutes away from the US Space and Rocket Center, the Parnell Creek RV park is a family owned and operated park that enjoys encouraging and entertaining other families. They have plenty of activities for families, including mini-golf, a club house, fitness center, salt water pool, horseshoes and a camp store.
The family owners take the time to encourage kids to enjoy the park and claim ownership by painting their names on a large rock located in the front of the park. Returning families enjoy looking for their names on the rock and repainting, if needed. There is plenty for kids to do, including a small fort styled playground with swings and a slide. On holiday weekends, kids enjoy a scavenger hunt and other activities.

The Honeycomb Haven RV Park is an extended stay RV park located right on the outskirts of Fort Payne in Grant, Alabama. They do not require pull-out dates, and the property has a total of 27 sites. It is located between Huntsville and Lake Guntersville. Fishing is offered during the normal fishing season.
