Blue Star RV resort is for guests who are 55 years of age or older. As such, it’s a peaceful and relaxed RV park. The park is near Apache Junction and provides guests with both spectacular desert scenery and mountain adventures. The park is pet-friendly too, so even the fur children can tag along. Those guests interested in history can check out the Apache Trail tours or Air Force museum, both of which are nearby.
The park’s spaces provide either 30-amp or 50-amp service, and there is plenty of room for slide-outs. RVs up to 87 feet can fit in the spaces too. The park provides mail service so that guests who are there for a while can receive letters, send postcards, and maybe even send packages of souvenirs to family and friends. The swimming pool is a great way to wash the dust off after hiking a desert trail.

This RV park is large enough to make friends but not big to the point of being overwhelming. There are copious amenities available on site. Plus, the grocery stores and shopping opportunities of Gilbert are within walking distance.

Good Life RV Resort is a huge RV park located in Mesa, Arizona. It caters to an older crowd, and you must be 55 years old or older to park your RV here. Since the main purpose of this park is to show seniors a fun time, there are multiple activities scheduled every day.
While this RV park features most of the amenities offered at other local “mega-resorts,” the rates at Good Life RV Resort are somewhat cheaper than those you’ll find elsewhere. This resort is pet-friendly, and a daily event schedule is posted online. The park is located only five minutes away from the nearest grocery store.

If you’re a NASCAR fan, you’ll be pleased to learn that Phoenix International Raceway is only a short distance away from Desert Vista RV Resort. In addition, the RV pads at this park are designed to accommodate big rigs that are up to 42 feet long. Desert Vista RV Resort is large enough to have everything that you need to stay comfortable, but it’s small enough to provide you with adequate privacy.

You can even take your children on Jacob’s Crosscut Trail and marvel at the scenery along the base of the Superstition Mountains. McDowell Mountain Regional Park is a huge park located to the north of Fountain Hills. It features extensive trails that are frequented by hikers and mountain bikers. This park features a large RV campground.
Very little light pollution from the Phoenix area blocks out your view of the stars at night from McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Unlike many campgrounds, this park features full RV hookups. You are encouraged to bring your horses.

Being up on the plateau north and above Fountain Hills and to the east of the mountain range means that you don’t get a lot of light spill-over from the city.
