This campground located in Cochran, GA is specifically designed for those 50 years old and older. It was opened in 2015 and is settled on 15 acres with a pond and 50′ by 50′ gravel lots. Each lot has a fire ring and enough space for two vehicles.
The views are spectacular, and there are plenty of amenities to make you comfortable. If you need propane, firewood, or fat lighters, you can buy everything on-site. The owners will even build a deck on skids for you if you pay for the materials and labor. Sunset Pines is also convenient to local stores and shops in Cochran. It is between I-75 and I-16 and near highways 23 and 26. If you’re looking for a cozy seniors-only park, you’ve found the right place.
